Important Information on the Hotel Vouchers;
As with any FREE vacation there are rules to follow. You may cancel this contract without penalty or obligation within 3-days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation offer, whichever comes first.
Prior to calling, you must choose your first, second and third resort area location and your arrival date. Upon receipt of your refundable $50.00 deposit and this completed original written form your reservation request will be processed. Written confirmation will be sent as soon as accommodations are secured by TRIPS Incentives, the provider. Two forms of ID are required, a valid driver's license and a major bank card: no debit cards.
- This mail in offer provides accommodations for two (2) adults, at least one of whom must be gainfully employed. If married, you must travel together.
- Up to two-children under the age of 18 may stay in their parent's room for $5.00 per child per night charge payable with your room guarantee.
- This offer does not include food, transportation, taxes, tips, telephone calls.
- All room accommodations are in hotel or motel resort area and are subject to availability room allotments. During peak seasons, conventions, holidays or when room allotment is full, the sponsor reserves the right to substitute a different premier resort destination.
- Cancellations must be made 21-days written notice prior to your arrival date delivered via certified mail only in order to refund your reservation guarantee.
- Two or more vacation certificates may not be used within the same year.
- You may reschedule your reservation no less than 15-days prior to your arrival date, with payment of $25.00.
- This vacation may not use with any other promotional offers.
- This offer is not valid for groups. A group is considered two (2) or more parties traveling together or meeting at the same resort with the same arrival date, using TRIPS Incentive's no exceptions.
- The retail value of this offer varies depending on the time of year. Fair market is up to $175.00.
- Any breach of the terms and condition of this offer invalidates this certificate.
- When calling you will be offered exciting vacation opportunities in the resort area in the hope that you will vacation with the host resort in the future.
